Ultimate Pest provides residential and commercial pest control, weed control, pigeon and bird control, termite management, rodent control, and related services in the Phoenix Metro area and surrounding regions of Arizona.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before any service begins. We strive to maintain transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

4. Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If pests return between scheduled service visits, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost during your active service period. Specific guarantee terms may vary by service plan and will be outlined in your service agreement.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling

We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Our subscription plans operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with written notice.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of services.
